We read everything. The things we respond fastest to:
- Corrections — a price changed, a claim is wrong, a feature doesn't exist. We fix same-day and update the "updated" date.
- Test-data requests — we keep the raw logs behind every published "in our test" claim and will share them.
- Questions — "which one for my specific situation" is exactly the kind of question the site exists for.
